to White Barn Boutique & Farm Market! We are very excited about this new venture! Let me tell you a bit about us and the Barn-we are sister-in-laws who live right around the corner from each other and inbetween us is my parents very old big white barn! We got to thinking..hmmm....why are we looking for an expensive store front that has no character when we have an old barn that is just begging to be used again? Yes, it needs work, clean up, etc., but oh, what it could be!! Ashley is going to sell farm market items-pumpkins, corn, and such, and she also is making soy candles. I am going to have vintage and antique as well as some handmade items. One of the big things we are planning is the part of the barn I am naming "Room for Hope". This room is going to have clothing, kitchen items, toys, etc. in it-mostly used, but in good shape, and everything in this room is donation only. In other words, when you're done shopping, you just put in the box what you want to pay. Every month a generous amount of these donations will go to a charity that Ashley and I choose.
